About
We are a structural engineering practice born in Nairobi in 2019. Now based in Kampala, Uganda, we collaborate on timber projects across East Africa.
In March 2025, we began winding down active operations and stopped accepting new business. We handed over our final project in April 2026, completing our transition into a strategic pause. This pause allows us to focus on structural timber research and deepen our engineering understanding of timber as a key structural building material, within a local context.
Today, we support open-source timber projects focused on East Africa. In the future, we will return to actively designing and building with timber across the region.
We remain available for queries regarding our past work. Our doors going forward are wide open for timber-related collaborations. Sure, bring them on, we are game.
